Expected Shipping Time and Requirements for Each Shipping Option
Please note: 'Business Days' are Monday through Friday; TOTAL Tools Hardware does not process orders on Saturday or Sunday, nor do our carriers deliver on these days.
• Courier Service
• Order processing time can take 1-4 business days before they are sent out to shipping
• Most orders leave warehouse within 24 hours; most items are delivered within (2) Business Days
• Signature upon delivery required
• Note: If you order Friday before 2PM it will arrive on Monday or Tuesday. If you order Friday after 2PM it will shipped out on Monday and arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday
• Domestic Ground Shipping

Please note the following:
• All shipments will require a signature for delivery.
• Orders over 20 kilograms may only be sent via freight/tranportation company (handling charges apply).
• Payment must be processed before your order can be shipped on oversize order
• As some items ship from different warehouses, items ordered together are not always shipped together
• Special orders or orders coming from an alternate warehouse cannot be expedited.
For your convenience, tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as we process your order.
Items that are oversized, weigh over 20 kilograms, or require special handling will ship separately from other items that you order and will incur an additional handling fee. These items will ship via freight/transportation company. Once your order leaves our distribution center, the freight company will contact you to arrange a specific delivery time. We will inform you for any additional fees/charges required for the oversized shipping. Please note that each shipment requires signature upon delivery. Also, be sure to inspect the shipment when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage.
We are currently do not support shipping to International destinations, however you may contact us via email to request for quotation on the rates to ship to your place. We do not add international tax, tariffs or duties for International orders. It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees.
*NOTE: In order to expedite your order we may need to change the carrier or method of delivery. While we try to stock every item we sell on the website, there are some items that run out-of-stock or we do not stock yet. In these cases there maybe delays to your order being shipped, however we will notify you within 1-2 business days. Whether you decide to leave the item on order with us or cancel will be your option (please read our payment & shopping guidelines on Customer Service page).
